Haroon was recommended to me by a contact I’d made on LinkedIn. I’ve had three one hour sessions with him so far. I’ve found him to be a great guy, very approachable and knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humour and a very relaxed and empathetic attitude which helps you open up to him, which also helps him to help you more. I’ve found myself telling him things about our business (Illustrated Solutions) that few people know. He is instantly able to create a great rapport with you and simplify things. His mantra of Clarity is King, and Simplicity is Queen is very succinctly applied in the work he does with you. Like all great coaches do, he doesn’t give you the answers, he lets you explore them for yourself, which helps embed the learning process. Although he’s worked with much much bigger businesses than ours, he doesn’t come across as condescending, quite the opposite. He has a very humble approach to fully appreciate what a small business like ours struggles with. I signed up for Haroon's Time Management System training in the spring of 2022.  I expected the training to be delivered in an online group basis but actually got one to one sessions, which was uniquely adapted to my own situation. Haroon is a very personable and all-round nice guy, easy to work with yet challenging of my practises and bad habits.  He introduced me to his system and other useful techniques, all of which have had a positive impact on my work practise. I hired Haroon to help prepare me for a job interview. He was able to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses immediately. He taught me that it’s not about having the “right” answer to an interview question, it’s more about developing your personal brand during the interview. Haroon will work with you to develop your unique brand, and will help you craft your answers to communicate that message effectively. Additionally, he will tweak your body language and eye contact patterns, which will give you authenticity that will shine through to the interviewer. Interview preparation is so much more than preparing standard questions and answers. I attended Haroon’s “Polishing your Presentation Skills” workshop and it was by far the best workshop I have attended. It was engaging, informative and Haroon explained the science behind the actions.  My presentation skills have significantly improved following the workshop!
